Changing patrol vendors
Last updated: November 3, 2026
To change patrol vendors, sign with the new vendor, then email support@parkingpass.com. We'll update your account and coordinate onboarding so enforcement can resume.
Your community has full control over which patrol vendor it works with. Keeping the vendor current in ParkingPass keeps patrol activity, enforcement visibility, and contact details accurate.
Applies to: communities that work with a third-party patrol vendor.
Before you start
Select the new patrol vendor and finalize your agreement with them.
If the vendor is new to ParkingPass, have their business name, contact name, email address, phone number, and business address ready.
Steps
Email support@parkingpass.com to request the vendor update.
If the vendor is new to ParkingPass, include their business name, contact name, email address, phone number, and business address.
If your patrol hours need to change, mention that in the same email.
What happens next
ParkingPass Support updates your community's vendor details in the portal. If needed, Support can also update your patrol hours.
Our onboarding team then emails the new vendor a link to schedule the required training. Once training is complete, the onboarding team coordinates the patrol start date with the vendor.
Important notes
Vendors can't begin patrols until training is complete.
Patrol activity stays paused until onboarding and training are complete.
Each community is responsible for selecting and contracting with its own patrol vendor.
