Update the monthly newsletter

You can turn the monthly parking newsletter on or off, and choose which groups receive it, in Newsletter Settings within the ParkingPass portal.

What the newsletter covers

Each month’s newsletter provides a high level summary of parking and patrols at your community over the previous month. It includes top insights and month-by-month trends for things like patrols, guest passes, applications, and violations.

Who gets it

By default, the newsletter goes to:

  • Property managers

  • The board of directors

  • Office staff

  • Resident owners

Note: Renters are always excluded from this newsletter. Only residents who own their units are included.

Change your newsletter settings

  1. In the left sidebar, select Property.

  2. Select Newsletter Report.

  3. Select Newsletter Settings.

  4. To modify who receives it: use the toggles to turn each group on or off.

  5. To turn it off: use the "Monthly Newsletter" toggle.

  6. Select Save changes.

Note: Your changes apply starting with the next newsletter.
