How Action Required widgets work
Last updated: November 4, 2026
The Action Required widgets on your dashboard show the applications, requests, and leases waiting on you. Review any widget with a red Action Required badge before moving on, since these items can affect residents' parking access.
How it works
A row of four widgets sits below What's New. Each shows a count, and you click it to open the matching queue or report.
New Resident Applications
Resident applications that haven't been approved or declined yet. Click the widget to open the New Resident Applications queue. Applications decline automatically after 10 days without action, so clear this queue every day.
New Vehicle Applications
Vehicles residents have asked to add that are waiting for approval. Any count above zero means a resident is waiting on you before they can park. Click to approve or decline.
Vehicle Change Requests
Existing vehicles residents have asked to change, like a replacement car, a new plate, or an updated VIN. Click to approve or decline.
Lease Status
Two numbers:
Expired: residents whose lease has expired.
Expiring Soon: residents whose lease expires in the next 90 days.
Residents with expired leases can't renew permits, and it may affect enforcement. Click to open the Expired Leases report.
Who can use it
Property managers and other property management users.
Where to find it
On your dashboard, in the row below What's New.
What you can do with it
Review resident applications — see Reviewing a new resident application.
Approve additional vehicles — see Additional vehicle requests.
Approve vehicle changes — see Editing or replacing a resident vehicle.
Update lease dates — see Updating a resident's lease expiration date or Bulk lease editing overview.
Important notes
Resident applications decline automatically after 10 days, so check this widget daily.
If every widget shows zero and there's no Action Required badge, nothing is waiting on you.
