Which article do you need?
To see overall enforcement activity or long-term violation trends: Patrol Analytics, in Patrol reports overview
To confirm patrol happened on the days you were billed: Patrol Calendar or Patrol History, in Patrol reports overview
To check whether patrol is on-site right now: Live Patrols, in Patrol reports overview
To review a boot or how long it took to remove: Boot Dispatch Report, in Patrol reports overview
To look up a specific violation or count tows: Violation Report, in Violation and citation reports overview
To see what's paid, unpaid, or in collections: Citation Report, in Violation and citation reports overview

Key things to know
Most reports are under Reports → Patrol. Lease status and future move-outs are on your dashboard, and payment history is on each resident's profile.
For day-to-day work, Patrol Analytics and the Violation Report answer most questions. Use the Citation Report for anything financial.
Date ranges don't carry over between reports, so set them on each one.
