When a resident has used all their guest passes for the period, you can override the limit to create one more. Use it according to your community's parking policy.

Before you start

• Overrides only work when you create a new guest pass. You can't extend an existing pass past the limit.

• Have the guest's vehicle details ready.

Steps

1. Find the resident with the search bar in the left navigation, using their name or unit number. You can also open them from the Residents list.

2. On the resident's account, select Add Guest Pass.

3. Enter the guest vehicle details.

4. Check Override.

5. Click Create Guest Pass.

What happens next

The guest pass is created even though the resident has reached their limit. Patrol officers see it as an active guest pass when they check authorization.

Important notes

• Guest limits, reset periods, and restrictions are applied automatically based on your community's settings. An override is an exception to them, not a change to them.
