Extend a guest pass from the resident's account when a guest needs more time. The guest must still be eligible for more time under your community's guest rules.

Before you start

• Find the resident's account in one of two ways:

  • Go to Public / Guests → Guest Users and search by resident name or guest license plate. This list shows every registered guest vehicle and links to the resident's account.

  • Use the search field in the left navigation to search by resident name, unit number, or license plate, then open the resident's profile.

Steps

1. On the resident's account, find the guest vehicle.

2. Click the Action dropdown next to the vehicle.

3. Select Extend.

4. Enter the new expiration date, and time if needed.

5. Add notes if you want.

6. Save your changes.

What happens next

The guest pass stays active until the new expiration date. If your community has paid guest parking, any fees are shown before you confirm the extension.

Important notes

• Guest limits, reset periods, and restrictions are applied automatically. An extension can't go past them. To create a pass beyond the limit, see Overriding a guest pass limit.

• Patrol officers check for an active guest pass, so make sure the new expiration date covers the guest's full stay.
