Call Logs overview

Last updated: November 4, 2026

Call Logs let you see voice calls associated with a resident's account, including whether each call connected. Use them if your community sends voice notifications.

How it works

Call Logs work like the SMS Log (see Email and SMS logs overview) and show the same kinds of columns: direction, from and to numbers, status, cost, timestamp, and details for each call.

Call records are kept for about 400 days, the same as text messages.

Who can use it

  • Property managers.

Where to find it

Go to Residents, open the resident's profile, click Quick Actions at the top right, and choose View Call Logs.

What you can do with it

  • Confirm which voice notifications were sent to a resident.

  • Troubleshoot unanswered calls. See whether a call was placed and whether it connected.

  • Review cost or volume. Voice calls are metered like texts, so the cost column matters.

  • Investigate a complaint across several logs — see Handling a resident complaint with activity logs.

Important notes

  • Save any call records you need for legal or audit purposes within about 400 days.

  • There's no export button. Filter by date and take screenshots, or email support@parkingpass.com if you need a structured export.

  • Handle call records with the same care as any other resident data.
