How Revenue Share payouts and statements work
Last updated: November 4, 2026
Revenue Share payouts send your community's share of revenue to your bank account on a regular schedule, with a statement for each period. Use the statement to confirm what you earned and why the payout is that amount.
How it works
Payouts are sent on a regular schedule, usually monthly, though your agreement sets the timing. Money moves from ParkingPass to Stripe Connect, then to your community's bank account. Transfers usually arrive 2 to 5 business days after the payout date, depending on your bank.
Each period, you get a statement of earned revenue and the payout amount. Statements are in the Revenue Center, and they're also sent to the email address on your Stripe Connect account.
What's on a statement
Period covered: the date range of the statement.
Revenue by source: guest passes, public parking, marketplace, and other sources.
Total gross revenue: all shareable revenue for the period.
ParkingPass share: the portion ParkingPass keeps under your agreement.
Your community's share: the amount paid to your Stripe Connect account.
Adjustments: refunds, disputes decided against your community, and other reductions.
Your community's share is the total gross revenue minus the ParkingPass share and any adjustments.
Who can use it
Roles: property managers at communities enrolled in Revenue Share, with Stripe Connect set up.

Common questions
Why is my payout different from the Revenue Calculator?
The Revenue Calculator estimates revenue from assumed usage. Payouts reflect real transactions, including refunds, disputes, and adjustments, so some difference is normal.
A refund is reducing my next payout. Is that right?
Yes. When a transaction is refunded, like after a dispute is approved, its revenue share is reversed on your next statement.
My payout didn't arrive on schedule. What should I do?
Check the payout's status in the Revenue Center. Allow 2 to 5 business days after the payout date. If it's still missing, email support@parkingpass.com.
My statement doesn't match what I expected. What should I do?
Compare it with the Revenue Calculator and recent transaction reports. If you still can't reconcile it, email support@parkingpass.com with the statement period and the difference.
Important notes
No payouts are sent until Stripe Connect setup is complete. Revenue still builds up in the meantime.
If payouts stop unexpectedly, check Stripe Connect Center for a verification issue.
